I am currently pursuing a bachelors degree in Political Science and Philosophy at McGill University. Prior to working with GHRD, I gained valuable experience as a Junior Executive at Catalyse, the consulting arm of AWARE, a Singapore-based NGO dedicated to gender equality and women’s empowerment. At GHRD, I am part of the UN team, where I am partly responsible for managing GHRD’s social media and writing reports. My role involves curating and sharing impactful content, which helps raise awareness about pressing global human rights issues. I deeply value working for GHRD becaus e I am passionate about human rights and believe in fostering a world that is more peaceful, cooperative, and inclusive. I want every individual to feel safe, accounted for, and able to reach their full potential. Additionally, I genuinely enjoy working on social media campaigns; creating posts not only allows me to contribute to the organization’s mission but also helps me learn about issues I wasn’t previously aware of, making this work both meaningful and enriching.
