Child Recruitment by Armed Groups in Yemen
Yemen's conflict has created a humanitarian crisis, with children suffering the most. Armed groups like the Houthis, Al-Qaeda, government forces, and the Southern Transitional Council (STC) systematically recruit children, subjecting them to violence, exploitation, and lasting trauma. This report, by Global Human Rights Defence and Together We Rise Foundation, highlights these violations, explores protection challenges, and offers recommendations to protect Yemen’s vulnerable children and end their exploitation.
