Our team middle East team member Mariana and women’s rights team member Mira attended “The Way Towards a European Feminist Foreign Policy”, an event hosted by the European Greens and the EFA.

In three insightful panels was discussed how we can build alliances in feminist foreign policy and how much the EU has achieved in this aspect and how we can align internal and external policies.

The debate was led by remarkable individuals from both the EU itself, but also activists and academics were invited. Kristina Lunz from the Center for Feminist Foreign Policy said “We cannot solve issues in the same mindset that created them”.

It was a truly inspiring and thought-provoking event that our team will reflect in their research to come.
