Our Events

On Friday, October 11th, an important online speakers event took place, highlighting the sensitive and underreported situation of the 57 Bangladeshis detained in the UAE. Our guest speakers, Md. Mostafa Hossain, Quazi Omar Foysal, and Quazi Maruful Alam did an excellent job, and we are very grateful for their participation in the event, as well as the 30 participants who were actively engaged in it.

The webinar discussed the July 2024 crisis in Bangladesh, focusing on international crimes, suppression of protests, loss of life, and the need for an independent press, with speakers Muktadir Rashid and Emraan Azad providing legal perspective.
